1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Rank Dangal application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application immediately.
2. Eligibility
Rank Dangal is designed specifically for students of the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) 10th Grade. Users under 18 must use this app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or have obtained parental consent.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. One account per user is permitted — duplicate accounts may be suspended.
4. Merit Scholarships
The "Sunday Scholarship Test" is a purely academic competition. Rewards are granted based on academic merit, accuracy, and performance. Rank Dangal does not support or engage in any form of gambling or games of chance.
5. Prime Study Plan
The subscription fee for the Prime Plan is a service fee for access to premium educational content, curated test series, and a distraction-free environment. This fee is non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.
6. Academic Integrity
Cheating, using external aids during tests, or attempting to manipulate rankings is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ban any user found violating our anti-cheat policies. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to academic dishonesty.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within Rank Dangal — including questions, tests, UI design, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of Rank Dangal. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rank Dangal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Prime subscription, if applicable.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
10. APK Disclaimer
As the app is distributed as a direct APK, users are responsible for ensuring their device is secure. Rank Dangal is not liable for any device malfunctions resulting from the installation of the software.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings held in Bihar.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
